Investing insights is the key for investors to make quick and informed decisions. However, the lack of education on financial knowledges may be a hindrance to making informed investment decisions.

What We Learnt From The Research

Many millennials and Gen Z demographic express a genuine interest in investing and recognise the importance of acquiring substantial knowledge before diving into serious investment.

Defining The Problem

The app lacked a comprehensive learning module, making it challenging for users to understand complex financial concepts and effectively utilize the app’s features.

Ideation

Through brainstorming sessions and collaborative workshops, the design team generated a wide range of ideas for the learning module. My Solutioning Many millennials and Gen Z demographic express a genuine interest in investing and recognise the importance of acquiring substantial knowledge before diving into serious investment.

A series of usability tests were conducted with a diverse group of users, allowing us to uncover usability issues and refine the learning module.
